FOOD TRADES

Your recipes, your allergens and your production finally under control

For bakers, butchers, caterers and food truck operators who want reliable allergen labels and to know their real ingredient cost. The regulatory references used are French, for businesses operating in France.

What holds you back today

  • A recipe's allergen label no longer reflects its composition as soon as an ingredient changes, without anyone noticing.

  • The real cost price of a cut, a batch or a menu is recalculated by hand, and goes out of date as soon as a supplier changes its prices.

  • The day's production is decided on a notepad, without checking what is planned against the orders already taken.

How it works

  1. 1

    Price your recipes

Ingredients, allergens and cost price are entered once; allergens propagate automatically through to the finished product.

  2. 2

    Plan production

Bakery, butchery, catering or food truck: each trade checks its day plan against orders already taken or stock on hand.

  3. 3

    Print and trace

Variable-weight labels, best-before dates per batch and PDF documents stay in step with the latest validated recipe.

Frequently asked questions

Does the allergen display replace a regulatory declaration?

No: the display is informational only, calculated from the allergens you declare on each ingredient. It is neither a food-safety control plan nor a HACCP declaration.

Is the calculated cost price complete?

No, it is an ingredient cost: labour, energy and packaging still have to be covered out of the margin shown.

Do food trucks still need to declare their activity to the authorities?

Yes: dealings with the town hall and food-safety authorities (DDPP/DDCSPP in France) remain yours to handle; the application keeps a tracking log, not an online filing.

Can we bring over our existing recipes and product records?

Structured data (products, ingredients) is brought over using a dedicated file import; complex recipes or batch histories are reviewed case by case when we study your file.
