CONSTRUCTION AND SUBCONTRACTING

No payment leaves without the subcontractor's proof

For construction businesses that use subcontractors, assign certified staff on site and track regulatory inspections. Subcontracting rules come as one extension per country; the starting certification data follows French standards.

What holds you back today

  • Subcontractor certificates are checked when the contract is signed, then nobody looks at them again until the audit.

  • Staff certifications (CACES, electrical, working at height) are assigned to a site without checking whether they are still valid.

  • Deadlines for regulatory equipment inspections (electrical, lifting, fire safety) are tracked on a spreadsheet, lost when the person who kept it leaves.

How it works

  1. 1

    Register your sites and equipment

The site's country, subcontractors, required certifications and equipment subject to inspection.

  2. 2

Check before you pay or assign

A payment with no valid proof, or a task with no up-to-date certification, is refused unless a reasoned, logged exception is granted.

  3. 3

    Track the deadlines

Alerts before verifications, certifications and periodic inspections expire, switched on once your records are entered.

Frequently asked questions

Are the certification durations and retainage rules supplied valid everywhere?

No: the starting values (CACES, SST, refrigerant handling) follow French reference standards marked as needing confirmation, and subcontractor retainage depends on a national edition per country; outside the regimes covered, configuration is reviewed case by case when we study your file.

Can a subcontractor be paid despite a missing document?

Yes, through an exception: a written reason, the author and the date are logged and posted to the payment's discussion thread, and the exception only covers the gaps noted at the time it was signed.

What happens if an employee no longer holds the required certification?

The task is refused until a reasoned exception has been granted by the person in charge; the refusal names the employee, the certificate and the date it stopped being valid.

Are the equipment items subject to periodic inspection already set up?

No: no list of obligations is provided; you declare your inspection types together with their regulatory basis, and the application then keeps the register and calculates deadlines.
