Frequently asked questions
Is the tax receipt automatic?
The number and legal wording are generated automatically, but checking your entitlement to issue tax receipts remains your responsibility, ideally confirmed through a formal tax ruling, before you tick the corresponding box in the settings.
Are call-ups sent automatically?
No: they are not sent by email or SMS. Replies (attending, absent, needs transport) are entered by the club as they come in.
Can we bring over our existing members and licences?
Structured data (members, fees) is brought over using a dedicated file import; special cases, such as a licence history or attachments, are reviewed case by case when we study your file.
Our fees vary by household income or a solidarity rate: is that supported?
The amount charged can be adjusted line by line, case by case; no automatic calculation of a solidarity rate or means-tested amount is built in.
