Retyping a post's title, link and teaser by hand, network by network, every time an article is published: that is the daily routine of anyone running a blog with no dedicated scheduling tool. This application relays your posts to your social networks as soon as they are published, without ever touching what was already written before it was installed.
Who the application is for
For anyone running a website blog who wants to relay their posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube or Mastodon, without retyping every post by hand.
What the application does
- Sets up one channel per network and per blog, each with its own message template, hashtags, maximum length and traffic-tracking parameters.
- Goes through a self-hosted publishing service or a generic link to an automation tool, never holding the network access credentials itself.
- Queues a post for every relevant channel as soon as a blog article is set to published.
- Never republishes a post older than its installation date: that date stays fixed, whatever the number of posts on the blog.
- Leaves automatic publishing switched off by default: until it is switched on, only the manual publish button acts.
- Schedules publication for a chosen date, retries errors and gives up after five attempts.
Day to day
- Choose your transport — a self-hosted publishing service or a link to your own automation tool — and enter its access details in the settings reserved for administrators.
- Create a channel per network and per blog, with its message template, hashtags and maximum length, then test it before going further.
- Publish a blog article: a post is queued for every relevant channel, or use the manual button during your first trials.
- Keep an eye on the queue: send a post ahead of schedule, requeue it or cancel it as needed.
- Switch on automatic publishing once your channels are checked, so every new article now follows its own path.
What the application does not do
- It does not talk directly to any social network: it goes through the publishing service or the automation link you have chosen, with no partnership with any network.
- It brings back no engagement statistics or comments from the networks.
- It does not plan or write any original content: it relays blog articles that have already been written, nothing more.
