The checklist
- Return format: full database and attached documents.
- Return lead time and any fees, written into the contract.

- Deletion of data at the provider, with a certificate.
- A restore test carried out at least once.
The advantage of an Odoo database
A restored Odoo Community database can be taken over by another provider. Specific modules must be delivered with their code and license for that to hold true.
